Cancelation Policy:
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before they are scheduled to start. $50/hr will be charged for appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice,
Booking Requirments:
Credit cards are required for all appointments. Elevated Wellness does not hold or charge a fee until the time of service, credit cards are used to hold the appointment and will only be used to pay for services or to pay $50/hr fee for appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice.
Illness or Injury:
Please make sure to reach out if you are experiencing an illness or have an injury before your massage. There are times where massage may not be safe for your situation, although most of the time massage is safe and effective it's always best to tell your therapist what's going on so you can make an informed decision together.
