Hot Stone Therapy $15
Heat can add a number of benefits to a massage. Adding heat can help improve circulation, warm the tissue and allow for access to the deeper tissues faster.
Adding heat to your massage can also help you relax more deeply allowing you to get more benefits from each service.
Enhancing your service with Hot stones can help make other enhancements more effective. By increasing circulation you will typically have better absorption so you will feel the effects of CBD or Aromatherapy faster.
Like everything else, there are options when you pick hot stones. I typically use a combination of Himalayan Salt Stones and Volcanic Basalt Rocks for maximum benefits. Click here (Blog available soon) for my blog post about the two different types of Stones and the benefits of each.
CBD Infused Massage Cream $25
CBD has a number of benefits, from increased relaxation, anti-inflammatory properties to it's benefits to the skin. CBD can really help you maximize the benefits of your Massage and is now to help reduce the soreness that some experience after a Deep Tissue Massage or Therapeutic Massage Service. Aromatherapy $5
I offer a variety of Aromatherapy scents. Many but not all are on my booking website, due to space limitations. I keep a current list here and am happy to add on Aromatherapy at the time of your Massage Therapy Appointment. Feel Free to pick one or two to create a blend. I mix the Essential oils into the lotion I use so you will get the full benefits of the oil you choose. Click here read my blog post where I give more details on the benefits of each essential oil.

Hot Stone Lavender foot scrub $20
This Enhancement will add 15 minutes to your service
This Enhancement is just as wonderful as it sounds. First I use smaller Hot stones to massage your feet, then I scrub your feet with a sugar scrub I have made infused with calming lavender (or let me know if you would like to choose a different scent) sugar scrub to exfoliate away dead skin. Then I wrap a hot towel with a hot stone in it around your foot to melt the sugar scrub. I finish by massaging a rich moisturizing cream into your foot, leaving your skin soft and nourished. This enhanced service will add 15 minutes to your session and is normally performed with enough time left for your skin to absorb the moisturizers before getting dressed.
This Enhancement takes a little time and I can't always add this one on at the time of service. To ensure I have everything ready, please let me know ahead of time by pre booking this service, or texting me the day before.
Peppermint Hot Stone Hand Scrub $20
This Enhancement will add 15 minutes to your service
This blend of therapy and relaxation is a perfect way to enhance your service! Our hands do a lot of work from holding our phones and computer mouse all the time to driving or playing sports and they don't often get the attention they deserve. With this service I will use Hot stones to warms and massage your hands and forearms. Then I use a special Peppermint sugar scrub to exfoliate away any dead skin, before wrapping your hands in a warm towel with a hot stone. Once the sugar scrub and tension is melted away I will work a rich and nourishing cream into your hands to leave them soft and relaxed.
